Foam Prototyping for Industrial Design

In cases where the size or design of the model requires it, we often use our foam prototyping process to create your model. This process is excellent for products such as furniture, helmets, vehicles and appliances. Criteria Systems has also used foam prototyping for size verification and ergonomic testing of other products.

We use rigid foams in our foam prototyping process - typically EPS (expanded polystyrene), Trymer©, polyisocyanurate or Renshape©, polyurethane material.
