Sales & Marketing Associate
This role within the business department is primarily to support all areas of sales and marketing. Specific tasks include provide leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing functions. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against goals.
Specific Skills
- Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions.
- Develop and coordinate sales pipeline.
- Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products and services.
- Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
- Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
- Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.
- Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
- Participate in the development of new project proposals.
- Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.
- Must work up-close-and personal with customers and clients
- Williingness to 'get your hands dirty'
- Web Design Skills a plus

Design Specialist This role within the design department is primarily to support all areas of design with specific tasks including; document layout and production, research (with image gathering), preparation for presentations as well as conceptual sketching / ideation and model-making.
Essential Functional duties (most important parts of job):
Include such activities as supporting the general needs of the product design department, providing backup to all levels of designers (from junior designer to creative director), developing and seeing through design from concept to final deliverables, working with entire ID staff on projects and seeking out feedback whenever possible.
Specific Skills
- Must be a junior or senior level industrial design student at a credible school
- Working knowledge of basic ID tools and process
- Working knowledge of 3D CAD (AutoCAD, Rhino, Solidworks, etc) is a plus
- Willingness to support all levels of the design staff (ID, graphic design and engineering)
- Great positive attitude with an emphasis on self-motivation and quality of work
- Great communication skills from verbal to 2D sketching to 3D modeling.
- Must work up-close-and personal with customers and clients
- Williingness to 'get your hands dirty'
- Web Design Skills a plus
